Mother: Fleur Delacour-Weasley. Dominique and Fleur don’t click as well as Louis and Fleur do. This is mostly because Dom is more of a tomboy who liked to run around screaming, and play video games, while Fleur was constantly trying to get Dom to go shopping and learn to play the piano.
Father: Bill Weasley. Dominique and Bill get on a lot more than Dom and Fleur, because they have the same way of thinking, and like the same things. Every year, Bill and Dominique went to several Quidditch matches, and went to a lot of (both muggle and wizarding) music concerts. They also went to every single Quidditch World Cup, where they got box tickets because of being Weasley’s.
Siblings: Louis Weasley. Louis and Dom used to be really close, but as they got older, Louis started to really annoy Dom as they were complete opposites. However, Dom does love Louis, and is often curious to how the hell he can actually stand being quiet.
Victoire Weasley. Dom used to idolise Victoire, but when Dom was seven, Victoire went off to Hogwarts, and Victoire never used to really write to Dom, so Dom took to the early morning swims that she used to do with both of her siblings, by herself. Dom still gets on better with Victoire than she does Louis, but isn't particularly good friends with either of them.
Other: Her numerous, famous, aunts, uncles and cousins. She has a black cat called Cobalt, who belongs to her alone. She also has an eagle owl called Athena. She takes both to school.
History:
Dominique was born to Fleur and Bill on September 19th 2004, and her godparents are Charlie Weasley and Gabrielle Delacour. Victoire was four. When Dom was two, Louis was born, and Dom was jealous of the attention that Louis got, so started spending more time with her dad. When Dom was four, her dad took her to her very first Quidditch Match, Holyhead Harpies vs. Wimbourne Wasps. The Holyhead Harpies won, making them Dom’s favourite team. Since then she and her Dad went to every single Holyhead Harpies match, and every Tutshill Tornadoes match (his favourite team). This was about the time that Fleur started encouraging Dom to take piano lessons. Dom agreed, just because of the fact that Victoire was taking piano lessons. Victoire excelled at piano, but Dom didn't really put much effort in, and quickly stopped going to the lessons, instead going to the local Quidditch Pitch with her dad. Fleur tried to stop Bill and Dominique, and tried to draft Dominique into piano lessons again. When this didn't work, Fleur tried to put Dominique in ballet classes, which Victoire quickly joined. Dominique hated ballet, but didn't quit, although she didn't put effort in. When the teacher refused to teach Dominique, she started returning to the pitch with her dad. Fleur was still adamant that this was dangerous, and started taking Dominique to the park with Louis, and shopping. Dominique loved going to the park, and she met quite a few people there, who she was good friends with for about three years. Fleur was delighted that Dominique actually enjoyed something. This process of piano, piano, ballet and shopping, took about a year. When Dom was five, Victoire was nine and Louis was three, they started doing the run-in-run-out of the ocean at lunch time. They would also often have picnics on the beach. At this time, Dom became better friends with Fred Weasley. They spent a lot of time together, at each other’s houses. Victoire was also better friends with Teddy Lupin, who had gone to Hogwarts, so the two were writing letters to each other. Dominique, still jealous of her sister, used to sneak into Vic’s room, and read Teddy’s letters, but this was stopped when Vic told on Dom, and her parents put a lock on Victoire’s door.
When Dominique was six, Victoire loved her sleep a lot more, and Dominique and Louis were running into the water more often in the early morning for dinner. This was probably the time that Dom and Louis were closest. Dom and Louis were spending more time together, and Fleur had given up on making Dom go shopping with her. Dom also took to walking along the beach on her own, without Victoire, and one day she met a girl called Emilia Gozzi, who had just moved in. They did everything together, went into the ocean together, and slept over at each other’s houses. They were, pretty soon best friends, and they helped each other learn to read and write, with Bill and Fleur’s help. Much to Dom’s chagrin, Louis had already started to read, and it annoyed her that she had been bettered by both of her siblings. Victoire then went off to Hogwarts, and Dominique turned seven.
Dominique was upset when Victoire went to Hogwarts, especially when Louis received letters from her every other day, even when he didn't reply. Dominique did get letters from Victoire, but only as a reply to the letters Dom sent to Vic. This was when Emilia came on her first holiday with the Weasley’s; they went to La Rochelle to visit Dominique’s aunt, Gabrielle, and her husband Blaise. That was October, the first October that Victoire spent at Hogwarts. The following February, Dom went on a two week skiing holiday with Emilia’s family. Dom was still a shaky writer, and didn't like reading.
Skip a couple of years, because nothing much interesting happens, except for going on more holidays. Dominique was sleeping over at Emilia’s house, on the first of July. They were both eleven, and staying up all night waiting for their Hogwarts letters. Sure enough the letters arrived, and the next day the best friends went into the ocean for hours, and built a sandcastle. Dom’s parents came out of the house, and the two families went to Diagon Alley, as a day trip.
When they got to Hogwarts, Emilia was placed almost immediately into Slytherin, while Dominique was a hatstall, between Gryffindor and Slytherin... although she was placed in Slytherin.

Dominique lay on her bed in the slytherin common room, reading from, well, pretending to read Hogwarts: a History, when in reality, she was thinking about what would have happened if she was placed in Hufflepuff. She shuddered. No, Dominique didnt think there was anything wrong with Hufflepuff, on the contrary, her sister was one. Dom just thought, that to her taste, they were a little dull. Not that Dominique would know, as she wasnt one, but she did think that the colours yellow and black were a bit bland, and perhaps, not quite as elegant as the slytherin green and silver; now that WAS classy. There was also the fact that Slytherins had won more Quidditch games in the past than Hufflepuff, but even though Dominique wanted a career in Quidditch, she wasnt that fussed, as it was just a game. Dominique got up, and put on her black robes with green linings, and loosely tied her tie, then stalked out of her dormitory, into the common room, where there was a game of exploding snap playing, a warm fire, and some people playing chess, and others studying.
